TERMS OF SERVICE
_{If any of these are unable to be met, I retain the right to deny service. By commissioning me, Sketchscamp, you decide to agree to all points listed below.}

1. Artist Rights / Commercial Usage
_{• All commissions will be posted publicly on my platforms unless otherwise stated.(Please DM if you do not wish for it to be publicly posted)
• I retain the copyright to the commissioned piece, if client wishes to use commission for commercial use, further discussion will be required. (Please DM if you want to discuss commercial usage)}2. Content Restrictions
_{• It is up to my discretion what I will not draw.
• I will strictly not draw NSFW / Gore.
• Commission details are to be discussed beforehand before accepting or not.}3. Artist Agreements
_{• I agree to reply to all client questions.
• I agree to produce art desired by the client as long as it fits the Terms of Service.
• I agree to provide images of commission progress if the client desires.}4. Client Agreements
_{• Clients must be over 18 to request a commission.
• Clients agree to comply with service and price settings.
• Clients agree to reply to all artist questions.}

5. Payment
_{• (For international clients) Payment will be transferred via Paypal or Wise, either by transfer from the client or an invoice if requested.
• (For PH clients) Payment will be transferred via Gcash or Bank Transfer (BPI/BDO/Unionbank).
• All payments will be made in either USD or PHP
• Number of payments is to be discussed and decided before the start of the commission.
• For any commissions worth more than 50 USD / 2500PHP, a downpayment of at least 40% will be required.}6. Cancellation/ Refunds
_{• Clients may cancel at any time BEFORE payment.
• Full refunds are available if no progress has been made on the illustration.
• Refunds are not available during or after the completion of the work.
• Progress will be shown throughout the creation process for any revisions.
• I may refund the commission at any time before finishing the output. The client will be refunded the amount paid and be accompanied by a reason.}7. No-Response Deadline
_{• Before the commission is finalized, if the client does not respond within 30 days, all agreements are null and void.}

Commission Pricing

_{Prices will differ based on styles and packages.
(Refer down below for samples of each.)}

_{When the commission is completed, the following files are to be sent (via e-mail / uploaded onto a google drive):• The Final artwork/s (and any variations if discussed)
• The Lineart of artwork/s (if applicable)
• Any other additional files requested (ex. artwork with white outlines)}

_{Note:
• Prices will only be in PHP or USD.
• If you wish to request something not covered by the styles listed, it will need to be further discussed.
• For international payments, total price will include the estimated cost of any transaction fees.}

Style 1

STYLE 1
_{• Fullbody Only - 150PHP / 4USD
• For variations/different versions an additional 50PHP / 2USD for every two versions.}

Style 2

STYLE 2
_{• Head Only - 250PHP / 6USD
• Fullbody - 500PHP / 12USD
Additional Accessories/Costumes - 100PHP / 3USD (based on complexity)}

Style 3

STYLE 3
_{• Bust - 300PHP to 400PHP / 7USD to 9USD
(Will depend on complexity of subject!)}

Style 4

STYLE 4
_{Also includes customized Text/Quotes/Pose
